JULIE GAUTHIER

I support women to be the most authentic person they know so that they can create meaningful and long-lasting relationships with themselves and others.

You deserve more than what you’ve conditioned yourself to believe. It took me a long time to appreciate that. I lived unconsciously inauthentically for the first 3 decades of my life:

I wasn’t fitting into the societal boxes
I wasn’t aligned spiritually or emotionally
I was consumed by imposter syndrome
I was scared to show vulnerability
I wasn’t showing up for myself
My soul was empty…

And I punished my body for all the things I couldn’t see. It was easier to manage my eating disorders than digging deep within myself.

I went from therapy to therapy for many years, not addressing what mattered the most: being my authentic self. Who was Julie?

The answer to that uncomfortable question made me realize that I had two choices. To be my own victim, or my own hero.

Increase your self-confidence when you live in accordance with values that are aligned to your purpose…

I chose the latter.

I embraced discovering who I am, with curiosity.

I had to put away self-judgement and the dichotomy of choices life was throwing at me. This was a big commitment. A giant leap of faith. It was the right thing to do.

Deciding to get treatment for my eating disorders was the beginning of a self-discovery journey I deeply needed.  I slowly built myself back into the person I was born to be.

I crafted the life of fulfillment I desired and deserved.

That we all deserve. Oui, oui.

…for a more meaningful life

Reaching for help and support has been key to my recovery. How kindness, knowing your values, vulnerability and compassion, emotional intelligence and authenticity are essential to guide you moving forward and how necessary they are to build the community of people you always wanted around you.

Now it’s your turn to become your own hero.

GLIMMER OF HOPE TO PUSH THROUGH

“Julie’s vulnerability and honesty were not only a saviour for herself but will be for the many who will read her story. You do not have to relate to the exact experience in order to understand the emotions she felt. [By] healing herself she now has the ability and capacity to help others.”
